“South Africa… I carry you with me! Excited for the journey of a lifetime to begin! Are you ready?” she expressed enthusiastically on Instagram, sharing her excitement with her followers.

The 28-year-old beauty queen left O.R. Tambo International Airport, elegantly dressed in a stunning red ensemble designed by Juan William Aria. Alongside photos from the airport shared by both her and the Miss South Africa organization, le Roux reflected on the significance of this moment.

As part of her mission, le Roux unveiled her official advocacy campaign, Mia’s Movement, which is aligned with Miss Universe’s Voice for Change initiative. This initiative focuses on promoting social issues, gender equality, and empowering women to take active roles in their communities. Through this platform, contestants and titleholders engage in various projects aimed at driving positive change.

Le Roux’s advocacy work includes plans to collaborate with the government, major corporations, and NGOs to raise funds for cochlear implants, aiming to promote inclusivity for individuals with hearing impairments. “Together, we can create a world where everyone has equal access to opportunities,” she remarked, underlining her dedication to her cause.
