A delegation from the Ghana National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (GNCCI), led by First Vice President Dr. Mrs. Emelia Asiakwa, recently paid a courtesy visit to the Centre. The purpose of the meeting was to reaffirm their ongoing partnership and explore new avenues for collaboration aimed at advancing investment and economic development in Ghana.
During the engagement, the Centre’s CEO, Mr. Simon Madjie, shared plans to launch a detailed mapping project to identify and highlight viable investment opportunities throughout the country. The initiative is designed to make it easier for international investors to connect with local businesses.
Dr. Mrs. Asiakwa expressed the GNCCI’s strong support for the initiative and pledged to leverage the Chamber’s regional offices to support the Centre’s outreach and engagements across the country.
The GNCCI and the Centre also discussed plans to jointly implement future programs aimed at increasing awareness among local businesses about the Ghana Investment Promotion Centre’s (GIPC) services and its critical role in supporting both domestic enterprises and foreign investors.
