Annie Idibia Shares Putting Up with Her Mother’s Suffering, Inspired by Kelly Rowland’s Story

Popular Nigerian actress Annie Idibia showed appreciation for American singer and actress Kelly Rowland by revealing a touching story about her mother’s hardship.
In an emotional Instagram video, the former Destiny’s Child member spoke about how buying her first home was a big first for her family, period. She spoke about her mother’s strength and all that she could do to keep their family afloat through being a nanny and housekeeper, often undervalued and underpaid.
Annie Idibia was touched by the story of Rowland, who took to her Instagram story with her own pathetic journey of her mother. Annie stated in her post that even though her mother passed through even more difficult challenges, she later saw grace through perseverance.
She promised that she was going to give her mother a comfortable life she deserves and was ready to take her on trips around the world as an appreciation of all her sacrifices.
I seem to ask myself every day why I love Kelly. Her story is just like mine. Her mum was a nanny and housekeeper-what in Naija we would call a ‘house girl’. Mine was kinda worse! But hey, grace found me, wrote Annie.
